RESOLUTION NO. 94-084
A RESOLUTION OF TIm CITY COUNcaOF TIm CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ENDORSING KENAI PENINSULA
BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 94-27
WHEREAS, the administration of the Kenai Peninsula Borough has found several
sections of the Borough Code related to sales tax that require revision; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance provides necessary deftnition of the point of delivery of the
service for sales tax purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend the Code of the Kenai Peninsula Borough to make
these changes; and
WHEREAS, these changes have a potential beneftt for the city of Seward by helping
identify services performed in the city on which taxes and fees should be paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm CITY COUNCa OF TIm
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Seward City Council endorses passage of Kenai Peninsula Borough
Ordinance No. 94-27.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 13th
day of June, 1994.
