RESOLUTION NO. 94-087
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING A LEASE OF PR ERTY
IN THE MARINE SUBDIVISION TO TANYA SAND
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1993, the City Council ins cted the administration to
negotiate a long term lease of Lot 1, Block 2, Marina Subdivisi , to Tanya Sandefur; and
WHEREAS, lease negotiations have been concluded' and
WHEREAS, on June 27, 1994, a public hearing as held in accordance with standard
city lease procedures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
Section 1. The long term lease of t 1, Block 2, Marina Subdivision, to Tanya
Sandefur is hereby APPROVED.
