CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
BUDGET TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL YOUTH PROGRAMS
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has developed new programs
through the Community Schools Program for school aged children; and
WHEREAS, these programs were developed at the request of several parents who
were pleased with the youth programs offered by the Department over the summer
months; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the programs will be completely offset by registration fees
paid by program participants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Community Schools Budget is hereby amended by increasing Class
Registration Revenue Account No. 101-4470-0030 in the amount of $9,000.
Section 2. The Community School Budget is further amended by increasing
expenditures as follows:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
