CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-182
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE NASH ROAD SMALL
BOAT HARBOR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Small Boat Harbor Development Agreement between the city and Al
Schafer requires City Council approval of the Nash Road Small Boat Harbor Master Plan by
September 15, 1994; and
WHEREAS, at the September 12, 1994, City Council meeting it was determined that
certain points within the Master Plan remained unresolved and would require further negotiation
by the two parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The city manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the Nash
Road Small Boat Harbor Development Agreement to extend the deadline for approval of the
Master Plan to September 26, 1994.
Section 2. The city manager is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to Section
2.4 B. of the Nash Road Small Boat Harbor Development Agreement between the City of Seward
and Afognak Logging to provide for an October 24, 1994, deadline for written consent of
adjacent upland property owners.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 26th
day of September, 1994.
