RESOLUTION NO. 94-197
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR
FY 1996 CAPITAL PROJECT MATCHING GRANTS FROM
THE STATE OF ALASKA
WHEREAS, a municipality is required under AS 37.06 to submit a prioritized list of
capital projects to the Office of the Governor, State of Alaska, if funding for those projects is
requested by the municipality under the Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, a municipality is required under AS 37.06 to provide a local matching share
for capital projects funded through the Municipal Grant Project Matching Grant Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City of Seward hereby endorses and requests grant funding under AS
37.06 for the following capital projects, as identified below with respect to their project names,
the amounts requested, and priority of importance; and as identically identified with respect to
their project names, the amounts requested, and priority of importance on the attached Form itA;
and agrees to provide the local shares for the projects as required under AS 37.06:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
