RESOLUTION NO. 94-206
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF EXTERIOR FLOATS
FOR THE NORTHEAST HARBOR LAUNCH RAMP
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1994, the City Council approved Resolution No. 94-187,
amending a grant from Alaska Fish and Game and appropriating $106,000 to the Boat Launch
Project Account for the purpose of constructing a bathroom facility and two external floats for
the northeast harbor launch ramp; and
WHEREAS, the Harbor Department solicited bids for the materials to construct the floats;
and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the city to award bids to the low bidders in each of three
categories of materials for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to issue purchase orders to the
following vendors for the purchase of materials for construction of the northeast harbor boat
launch floats:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
