CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY 1995
ELECTIONS BUDGET
WHEREAS, extraordinary costs for the October 1994 regular election exceeded the
amount budgeted; and
WHEREAS, the filing of a sufficient referendum petition has necessitated the calling of
an unbudgeted special election in April;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $6,500 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund-Fund
Balance Account No. 101-3050 to the City Clerk's Election Budget Account No. 101-1130-5720,
and the FY 1995 general fund budget is amended accordingly.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 13th
day of March, 1995.
