OF SEWARD, ALASKA, DESIGNATING TIm FY 1993 LAW
ENFORCEMENT LIABILITY POOL CREDIT RECEIVED FROM TIm
AML/JIA FOR TIm LAW ENFORCEMENT LIABILITY POOL
RESERVE ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, on June 28, 1993, the City Council approved Resolution No. 93-097,
establishing a law enforcement liability pool reserve account within the city's General Fund Fund
Balance; and
WHEREAS, the AMUnA has issued an FY 1993 Law Enforcement Liability Pool credit
to the city in the amount of $18,011; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to deposit these funds in the LBLP reserve
account to be used in the event the LELP suffers large losses in future years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm CITY co~ca OF THE
CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $18,011, received from the FY 1993 AMUnA Law Enforcement
Liability Pool, is hereby designated as a part of the LBLP Reserve Account within the General
Fund Fund Balance Account No. 101-3040.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 8th
day of August, 1994.
