CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 94-165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
RENEW THE ANNUAL SOFfWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
TIMELINE, INC., FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER I, 1994,
THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1995, AND TO ISSUE A PURCHASE
ORDER TO TIMELINE, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,200
WHEREAS, the city's current maintenance agreement covering the finance
department's accounting software will expire on September 30, 1994; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to renew the maintenance agreement for an
additional year; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Finance Department's FY 1995 budget to
cover the cost of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew the software
maintenance agreement with Timeline, Inc., for the period October 1, 1994, through
September 30, 1995.
Section 2. The City Manager is further authorized to issue a purchase order in the
amount of $13,200 to Timeline, Inc., to cover the cost of the above referenced software
maintenance agreement
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of September, 1994.
