RESOLUTION NO. 96-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR
CITY BANK ACCOUNTS AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
ANCHORAGE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT TO BE USED FOR PROCESSING
CITY UTILITY PAYMENTS BY FNBA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Any two of the following signatures shall appear on all checks, drafts, notes or
orders drawn against the City of Seward bank account maintained at the Seward Branch of the First
National Bank of Anchorage.

Kristin M. Erchinger, Controller
Linda S. Murphy, City Clerk
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish a bank account at the First
National Bank of Anchorage for the purpose of processing utility payments by FNBA.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 8th day
of January, 1996.
