RESOLUTION NO. 96-057
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE ELECTIONS BUDGET
TO COVER THE COSTS OF THE MAY 21,1996, SPECIAL
ELECTION AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has called a special election to be conducted on May 21, 1996;
and
WHEREAS, this election was not foreseen when the FY 1996 elections budget was
approved by the Council and there are insufficient funds within the approved budget to cover the
costs of the election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The swn of$3,200 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance
Account No. 101-0000-3050 to the FY 1996 City Clerk Department Budget as follows:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
