RESOLUTION NO. 96-073
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING LEASE POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES GOVERNING THE SMALL BOARDWALK
LEASE SITES IN THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted lease poli . es and procedures
governing the approval, amendment and administration of city-owned leas property; and
WHEREAS, several small lease sites along the Small Boat H or Boardwalk, because of
their location, size and rapidly escalating market value, require pecial rules for leasing and
administration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

Section 1. Resolution No. 94-101, adopting ity Lease Policies and Procedures, is hereby
amended by adding the attached Boardwalk ase Site Policies and Procedures which are
incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. This resolution shall e effect immediately upon its adoption.
FAILED TO BE APPROV by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 8th
day of July, 1996.
