RESOLUTION NO. 96-076
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE UTILITY AND HARBOR
TARIFFS BY REVISING INTEREST CHARGES AND ADDING
OTHER FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to charge uniform interest rates and other fees
associated with delinquent accounts for all such accounts of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Utility Tariffs, Harbor Tariffs and the City Schedule of Miscellaneous
Fees and Charges are hereby amended as follows:
Per annum interest charge on delinquent accounts ................... 10.5%
Monthly late fee on delinquent accounts ........................... $2.50
Door hanger notice fee ........................................ $10.00
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1996.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 10th
day of June, 1996.
