CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 92-093 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING THE CAPITAL BUDGET PLAN FOR THE THREE FISCAL YEARS BEGINNING JULY I, 1992 WHEREAS, the city manager has prepared a three-year schedule of capital budget itemsj and WHEREAS, public hearings have been held on the proposed annual capital budget plan on May 11, 27 and June 8, 1992j and WHEREAS, the City Council met in work sessions to review the proposed capital budget plan on May 16 and 17, 1992j NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The General Fund 3- Year Capital Improvement Plan, attached and incorporated herein by reference, is HEREBY ADOPTED. . Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
