CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ESTABLISHING THE B STREET
DOCK CAPITAL PROJECf ACCOUNT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, on August 10,1992, the City Council approved Resolution No. 92-130,
accepting a $300,000 grant for design and engineering of the B Street Dock; and
WHEREAS, the resolution accepting the grant failed to allocate the funds to a
special project account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The B Street Dock Capital Project Fund No. 276 is here by established,
and the $300,000 accepted by city of Seward Resolution No. 92-130, Account No. 276-
4680-0200, is hereby appropriated to this fund as follows:

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
