CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
STREET DEPARTMENT TO THE MOTOR POOL FUND
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1992, the Seward City Council authorized the
purchase of a 3,000 gallon tanker/pumper for the Street Deparbnent and appropriated
funds from the General Fund Fund Balance to the Street Deparbnenti and
WHEREAS, in keeping with the city's new vehicle purchase and replacement
policy, these funds should have been appropriated to the Motor Pool Fundi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Budgeted funds within the Street Deparbnent Equipment Account No.
101-1310-5930 are hereby reduced in the amount of $42,637.
Section 2. The sum of $42,637 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
Fund Balance Account No. 101-3070 to the Motor Pool Fund Equipment Account No. 102-
1020-5930.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of October, 1992.
