RESOLUTION NO. 93-016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, SETIING RATES AND CHARGES FOR
COPYING AND PURCHASING MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTS
AND SERVICES FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE
WHEREAS, city of Seward Ordinance No. 642 provides for the setting of fees to
provide copies of public documents by resolution of the City Councilj and
WHEREAS, Resolution 91-004. setting the rates and charges, was approved on
January 14, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the city wishes to amend the fee schedule to more accurately reflect
the cost of providing copies of both city generated and other documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached and incorporated herein
as Attachment A, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
22nd day of February, 1993.
