RESOLUTION NO. 93-047
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING A 30-DAY EXTENSION
TO THE CONTRACT WITH TYLER JONES TO PROVIDE
INTERIM CITY MANAGER SERVICES
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1993, the City Council approved an interim city
manager agreement with Tyler Jones through passage of Resolution No. 93-013: and
WHEREAS, this agreement is due to expire on April 30, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has not yet completed its city manager selection
process and desires to extend its contract with Jones for a 3O-day period;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Interim City Manager Professional Services Agreement between the
city of Seward and Tyler Jones is hereby amended to change the expiration date to May
31, 1993.
Section 2. All other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain
unchanged.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of April, 1993.
