CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-137
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE CITY'S LEGISLATIVE
PRIORITY LIST OF CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR FUNDING UNDER
THE STATE'S MUNICIPAL CAPITAL PROJECTS MATCHING
GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, AS 37.06 provides for a Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant
Program which requires a predetermined matching amount from cities benefitting from
the program; and
WHEREAS, under this program, the city of Seward qualifies for projects in FY
1994 totalling $128,767, with $20,009 to be provided by the city and $108,758 to be
provided by the state; and
WHEREAS, although funding levels for FY 1995 have not yet been set, the city has
been asked to submit a list of projects to be funded under a like program in that fiscal
year; and
WHEREAS, the city has identified several projects which will qualify for funding
under this matching grant program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The following projects are hereby identified, in priority order, for Fiscal
Year 1994 funding under the state's Municipal Capital Project Grant Program:

Section 2. The following projects have been identified, in priority order, for Fiscal
Year 1995 funding under the state's Municipal Capital Project Grant Program:
