CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDS FROM THE
ST ATE OF ALASKA, CAPITAL MATCHING GRANT PROJECTS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 93-137. which identified the
city's legislative priority list of capital projects for funding under the State's Municipal
Capital Projects Matching Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the projects identified for funding during Fiscal Year 1994 were
approved by the State of Alaska under the Capital Matching Grant Projects program; and
WHEREAS, the state is providing a total of $108,583, and the city share, totalling
$19,917, will be paid by transfer of operational funds within line items and funds, in-kind
services and donations, and in-house labor and equipment use;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The following projects are hereby accepted for funding for Fiscal Year
1994 under the State's Capital Matching Grant Projects Program:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
