RESOLUTION NO. 94-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING RATES AND CHARGES FOR
COPYING AND PURCHASING MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTS
AND SERVICES FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE
WHEREAS, city of Seward Ordinance No. 642 provides for the setting of fees to
provide copies of public documents by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 93-016, setting the rates and charges, was approved
on February 22, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the General Terminal Tariff, the SMIC Shiplift System Tariff and the
Small Boat Harbor Tariff were recently combined into the Seward Port and Harbor Tariff;
and
WHEREAS, the city wishes to amend the fee schedule to provide for one fee for
the Seward Port and Harbor Tariff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Schedule of Fees and Charges, attached and incorporated herein
as Attachment A, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
10th day of January, 1994.
