RESOLUTION NO. 94-008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING SEWARD GENERAL
HOSPITAL TO PURCHASE AND INST ALL X-RAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Community Hospital Board approved the purchase of x-ray
equipment for Seward General Hospital; and
WHEREAS, the Hospital Board recommended the lease/purchase financing of the
equipment; and
WHEREAS, funds were budgeted in the FY 1994 hospital enterprise fund budget
for financing of the x-ray equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Seward Community Hospital Board is authorized to purchase and
install x-ray equipment at Seward General Hospital for an amount not to exceed Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000).
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
10th day of January, 1994.
