RESOLUTION NO. 94-023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING A REFUND OF CEA
CAPITAL CREDITS TO ELECTRIC UTILITY CUSTOMERS
WHEREAS, Chugach Electric Association (CEA) has refunded $103,101 to the City
of Seward as a Capital Credit Refundj and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the refund should be utilized in the
Electrical Enterprise Fund for the benefit of the utility customersj and
WHEREAS, it has further been determined that the electric utility customers
should receive a refund in the form of a credit on their electric utility billj
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The city manager is authorized to refund the CEA Capital Credits
totalling $103,101 to the current electrical utility customers.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
14th day of February, 1994.
