CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-079
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ESTABLISHING A CITY PAYROLL
ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR ALL
CITY BANK ACCOUNTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish
a payroll account for the city of Seward.
Section 2. Any two of the following signatures shall appear
on all checks, drafts, notes or orders drawn against the city of
Seward General Fund account or the city of Seward Payroll account
maintained at the Seward Branch of the First National Bank of
Anchorage.

Section 3. All previously approved resolutions
herewith are hereby rescinded.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 10th day of July, 1989.
