A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THy CITY /
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION
THE SUBLEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN JAMES T.
PRUITT AND VECO, INC.
/

WHEREAS, on April 14, 1989, the city of/Seward approved a
temporary sublease agreement between James I~' pruitt and Veco I
Inc., for the operation of a bird rescue genter within Pruitt's
leased property located in the Seward Marige Industrial Center; and
/
WHEREAS, this temporary sublease ~greement was for a period
not to exceed one hundred twenty (120)/ days; and
/
WHEREAS, this approval expire~ August 11, 1989; and
/
WHEREAS, Pruitt has request~ approval of an extension of this
agreement through September 17f 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~OLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: /

section 1. The Ci~y Manager is hereby authorized to execute
an extension to the supaease agreement between James T. Pruitt and
Veco, Inc., said agr~ement to expire september 15, 1989. A copy
of the extension o~/agreement is attached and incorporated herein
by reference. /

section 2. /This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption ./
PASSED/~D APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, t~{s 24th day of July, 1989.
