CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 90-041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT
OF BOARDWALK LEASE SITE NO. 4
WHEREAS, William J. Wheeler and Elaine L. Wheeler are lessees
of Boardwalk Lease Site No.4; and
WHEREAS, the Wheelers have sold their improvements on the
lease site to Ron Mager; and
WHEREAS, the two parties have requested that the city assign
the Wheelers' rights under the lease to Mr. Mager; and
WHEREAS, Mager intends to operate a charter boat business from
this site; and
WHEREAS, this business will conform to the marine/tourist
orientation the city envisioned when the Boardwalk sites were
created;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The assignment of Lease No. RE-056, Boardwalk Site
No.4, from William J. and Elaine L. Wheeler to Ron Mager is hereby
approved.
section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 14th day of May, 1990.
