CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 90-143
COST
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO
SEWARD GENERAL HOSPITAL TO HELP DEFRAY THE
OF THE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL BOARD'S TRAINING RETREAT
WHEREAS, the Hospital Board, key staff and representatives of
the city administration and the City Council attended a Board
Training Retreat in Anchorage on November 3-4, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the retreat was approximately
$4,200; and
WHEREAS, the hospital had funds available to underwrite about
one-half the cost of the retreat; and
WHEREAS, the city wishes to provide a contribution to the
hospital to cover the remaining costs of the training retreat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-
3070 to the Seward General Hospital Contributions Account No. 101-
1185-5610-XXXX.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 26th day of November, 1990.
