CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-020
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING WATER RATES FOR LAUNDRIES
WHEREAS, section 14.01.040 of the Seward City Code requires
that water rates and charges be set by resolution of Council: and
WHEREAS, the published water rates for laundries set forth in
Resolution No. 89-055 are incomplete and do not reflect realistic
charges:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
section 1. Group C, Large General Service: Category 7,
Laundry: of the rate schedule attached and incorporated as a part
of Resolution No. 89-055, is hereby amended to read as follows:
