CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-022
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE SUBLEASE OF
BOARDWALK LEASE SITE NO.3 BY TRAILS NORTH, INC.,
TO CARL AND KIM HUGHES
WHEREAS, Seward Boardwalk Lease site No.3, located within
Block 6, Oceanview Subdivision, is currently leased to Trails
North, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the referenced lease provides that the property may
be subleased with the consent of the City Council: and
WHEREAS, the lessee has requested authorization to sublease
the referenced lease site to Carl and Kim Hughes for the operation
of a charter fishing boat office: and
WHEREAS, this proposed use is in compliance with the allowed
uses within the Harbor Commercial District:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
section 1. The sublease of Seward Boardwalk Lease site No. 3
by Trails North, Inc., to Carl and Kim Hughes for operation of a
charter fishing boat office is hereby approved.
section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the city Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 11th day of March, 1991.
