CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING FEES FOR CHAUFFEURS LICENSES
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 643 states that fees for chauffeurs'
licenses are to be set by resolution of the City Council: and
WHEREAS, the city administration has reviewed the administra-
tive cost of issuing a chauffeur's license:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The fee for the issuance of a chauffeur's license
and related costs shall be as follows:
Application Fee ...................... $10.00
Finger Print Cards ...................
5.00/each
Photograph ...........................
5.00
Section 2. A chauffeur's license issued by the city of Seward
shall be valid for one year from date of issue unless revoked for
cause by the city. A license may be renewed by making application
to the city.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the city Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 8th day of April, 1991.
