CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-039
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
STREET AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the accepted city overhead rate for administration of
capital funds is 12.2%: and
WHEREAS, charging administrative overhead on the bond funds
for street and sidewalk improvements would require deferring work
essential for the public safety and the preservation of public
works facilities:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
section 1. It is in the public interest to reappropriate the
proj ect overhead funds for street and sidewalk improvements back to
the project.

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 22nd day of April, 1991.
