CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 97-085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN
OUTDOOR Yz BASKETBALL COURT AT THE TEEN AND YOUTH
CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council directed the administration to develop an outdoor basketball
court at the Seward Teen and Youth Center; and
WHEREAS, funds were set aside, and the project is supported by the Seward Senior
Citizens and the Seward Museum;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Funds totaling $14,783.16 are hereby appropriated from the following accounts:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 9th day
of June, 1997.
