RESOLUTION NO. 97-086
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.8
TO THE KENT DAWSON COMPANY CONTRACT FOR
LOBBYING SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 1998
WHEREAS, Kent Dawson has served as the City's lobbyist since July 1982; and
WHEREAS, both the City and Dawson desire to extend the lobbying contract through the
1998 legislative session;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Amendment No.8 to the City's contract with Kent Dawson Company to provide
lobbying services to the City through Fiscal Year 1998 is hereby APPROVED,
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 9th day
ofJune, 1997,
