CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 97-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE PURCHASE ORDER
TO RESURRECTION RENTALS FOR PORT-A-POTTIES RENTALS
WHEREAS, every year, portable toilets are needed in the city parks and campgrounds to
accommodate the public; and
WHEREAS, a purchase order totaling $5,000 was issued to Resurrection Rentals for July,
1997; and
WHEREAS, the total budget for the summer season is $21,000 and Council action is
required to authorize any amount exceeding $10,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. A change order for the sum of $16,000 is hereby approved for Purchase Order
No, 22061 to Resurrection Rentals for a total purchase order cost of$21,000,
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption,
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 14 day
of July, 1997,
