Sponsored by: Schaefermever CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 91-063 OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY SEWARD, ALASKA, ADOPTING THE ANNUAL CAPITAL BUDGET PLAN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1991 WHEREAS, the city manager has prepared a schedule of capital budget items for Fiscal Year 1992; and WHEREAS, public hearings have been held on the proposed annual capital budget plan on May 13 and 28, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council met in work sessions to review the proposed capital budget plan on May 2, 6, 8, 15, and 22, 1991; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. The Fiscal Year 1992 Capital Budget plan, attached and incorporated herein by reference, is HEREBY ADOPTED. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect on July 1, 1991.
