CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-072
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMOS COMPUTER CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, the city's professional services agreement with Dane
Amos, dba AMOS Computer Consultants, to provide professional
computer services to the city, expires on June 30, 1991~ and
WHEREAS, the city of Seward publicly advertised for proposals
to provide professional computer services for fiscal year 1992~ and
WHEREAS, AMOS Computer Consultants submitted the only proposal
received by the city~ and
WHEREAS, the administration has reviewed the proposal and
found it to be responsive and the proposer to be responsible~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, that:
section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a
professional services agreement with Dane Amos, dba AMOS computer
Consultants, to provide professional computer services to the city
of Seward for Fiscal Year 1992.
section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 10th day of June, 1991.
