CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE SALE OF LOT 28A,
BLOCK 12, ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF SEWARD TO SVEN EBBESSON
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved Resolution No.
91-115, authorizing the disposal of Lot 28A, Block 12, Original
Townsite of Seward, by sealed bid; and
WHEREAS, Sven O. E. Ebbesson submitted the only bid for the
property; and
WHEREAS, Ebbesson's bid met the criteria established for the
sale and included the required bid deposit; and
WHEREAS, all Code-required conditions with regards to the
disposal of public property have been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The bid totalling $12,800 submitted by Sven o. E.
Ebbesson for the purchase of Lot 28A, Block 12, Original Townsite
of Seward, is found to be acceptable.
Section 2. The quitclaim deed, a copy of which is attached
and incorporated herein by reference, for the sale of Lot 28A,
Block 12, OTS, to Sven O. E. Ebbesson, is APPROVED, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute same upon receipt of the full bid
amount.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 9th day of December, 1991.

The Grantor, CITY OF SEWARD, a home rule municipality
organized and existing under the laws of the state of Alaska, of
P.O. Box 167, Seward, Alaska 99664, for and in consideration of the
sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) lawful money of the united States of
America, and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid,
convey and quitclaim to SVEH O.E. EBBESSOH and BARBARA P. EBBESSOH,
husband and wife as tenants by the entirety with the rights of
survivorship, of P.O. Box 730, Seward, Alaska 99664, and to the
heirs and assigns of the survivors forever, the following described
real property situated in the Seward Recording District, Third
Judicial District, State of Alaska, together with all after
acquired title of the grantor therein:
Lot Twenty-Eight A (28A), Replat of Lots 26, 27, and 28
Block Twelve (12) Original Townsite of Seward, Alaska
according to the plat thereof, filed as Plat No. 88-3 on
April 27, 1988, in the Seward Recording District, Third
Judicial District, state of Alaska.
The disposal of this property is authorized by City of Seward
Resolutions 91-115 and 91-146.
