RESOLUTION NO. 91-154
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ENDORSING THE KENAI PEN SULA
CAUCUS 1992 STATEMENT OF LEGISLATIVE POSI IONS
WHEREAS, at its next regular meeting, th Kenai Peninsula
Caucus will approve its 1992 Statement of Legi lative Positions;
and
WHEREAS, member organizations have bee asked to endorse the
proposed position statement, a copy of ich is attached and
incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Section 1. The Kenai Peninsula aucus is urged to approve its
proposed 1992 Statement of Legislati e Positions, and said position
statement is hereby ENDORSED as wr'tten.
Section 2. This resolution all take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
