Resolution 2006-58. authorizing the city manager to enter into a lease agreement
between the City of Seward and Alaska Vocational Technical Center (A VTEC) for
the purpose of operation of the Seward Fire / Safety Training Facility at the 7.79 acre
parcel having a legal description of: the unsubdivided remainder of Block 1, Fourth of
July Creek Subdivision, Seward Marine Industrial Center.
