CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 98-050
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, ACCEPTING A $30,000 SEWARD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
UPDATE GRANT FROM THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH AND
APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM ACCOUNT 101-000-4360-0020 TO
SEWARD COMPREHENSIVE FUND XXX-0000-3070-0000
WHEREAS, the City requested that $30,000 be place in the Kenai Peninsula Borough's
FY98 Resource Planning Department Contract Service budget for updating the Seward Comprehen-
sive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the funds were budgeted and approved; and
WHEREAS, the City has requested and received $30,000 from the Kenai Peninsula Borough
for the update of the Seward Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City of Seward accepts a $30,000 Kenai Peninsula Borough Seward
Comprehensive Plan Update Grant and appropriates $30,000 from Account 101-000-4360-0020 to
Seward Comprehensive Fund XXX-0000-3070-0000.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council ofthe city of Seward, Alaska, this 27th day
of April, 1998.
