CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 451
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING ELECTRICAL SERVICE
IN THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR,
AMENDING SEWARD CITY CODE SECTION 5-80.1
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 5-80.1 Service Fees (d) of the Seward City
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5-80.1. Service Fees.
(d) Charge for electrical service:
The charge for electrical service furnished by the City
shall be as set forth in Seward City Code Chapter 9, Article II.
Rates and Charges., Sec. 9-3 through 9-7.
Section 2. This ordinance takes effect ten days after enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
23rd day of January ,197_.
