CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 462
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING CAMPING,
CREATING CITY CODE SECTION 14-81.1
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 14-81.1 of the Seward City Code of Ordinances
is hereby created to read as follows:
Sec. 14-81.1
Camping.
No camping shall be allowed within the City limits except in areas
designated as campgrounds by resolution of the City Council. In no event
shall camping by one party be allowed for more than 14 consecutive days
in one designated campgound. Fees for camping shall be set by resolution
of the City Council.

Section 2. This ordinance becomes effective immediately.
