CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 465
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TARIFF FOR THE
ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT FOR THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
WHEREAS, the consumption of electricity within the city
limits of the City of Seward has increased dramactically in the past
decade and can be expected to increase in the foreseeable future, and
WHEREAS, the complexity of present and future electrical
service necessitates a complete electrical tariff for the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SEWARD ORDAINS:
Section 1. There is hereby created a new Section 9-7 of
the Seward City Code which shall read as follows:
Section 9-7: Electrical Tariff. An
electrical tariff shall be adopted
and revised from time to time by
Counsil Resolutions.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNSIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 14th day of August
1978.
