CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 484
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR ELECTRIC POWER
WHEREAS, the present procedure for amending Electric Rates
requires passage of an ordinance amending Section 9-3 of the Seward
City Code; and
WHEREAS, the procedure is unduly cumbersome and inconsistent
with the method of amending rates for other City services:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 9-3 is hereby repealed and re-enacted to
read as follows:
Section 9-3 Schedule of Rates.
