CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 486
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE SEWARD HARBOR COMMISSION
AND REPEALING SECTIONS 5-3 and 5-4 OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Sections 5-3 and 5-4 of the Seward City Code are
hereby repealed.
Section 2. Section 5-2 of the Seward City Code is hereby
amended by the repeal therefrom for the term and definition of "harbor
commission".
Section 3. Section 5-9 of the Seward City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5-9 Review of actions of harbor master and city manager.
Any ruling of the harbor master shall be subject to review
by the city manager, and any ruling of the city manager shall be subject to
review by the city council, upon application of any person affected by the
ruling. Uron any such review the ruling may be affirmed, reversed or
modified.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective ten days
following enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
