ORDINANCE NO. -4..9.0-
AN ORDINANCE REGARDING HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPHENT POWERS,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 475
WHEREAS, City of Seward Ordinance No. 475, enacted June 25, 1979,
provided for the City to assume housing and urban development powers speci-
fically for the development of a senior citizens housing project, and
WHEREAS, the construction of Glacier View, the ASHA-funded senior
citizens' housing project, is now complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that Ordinance No. 475 is hereby repealed.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
27th day of October , 1980.
