RESOLUTION NO. 98-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Patrick Reilly has been employed by the City Council as the City Clerk since
August 26, 1997; and
WHEREAS, Reilly was hired with a salary of $49,000; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the employment agreement between Reilly
and the City by increasing the amount of annual salary paid to Reilly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Paragraph No.2 of the employment agreement dated August 26, 1997, between
Reilly and the City of Seward is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. Reilly shall be paid at the rate of $50,225 per year. The City Council agrees to
review Reilly's salary annually prior to the adoption of the City's fiscal budget.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1998.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 27th
day ofJu1y, 1998.
