ORDINANCE NO. 505
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION,
AMENDING SECTION 2.30.050 OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 2.30.050 of the Seward City Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2.30.050. City Manager--Bond.
(a) Before assuming office, the city manager shall furnish
a bond in the amount of fifty thousand dollars, conditioned upon
the faithful performance of his duties as city manager.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective ten days fol-
lowing enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, this
day of December , 1981.
