ORDINANCE NO. 513
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
AMENDING SECTION 5-57 OF THE SEWARD CITY CODE.

advised the City of seward to amend Seward City Code, Section 5-
57, so as to do away with the Seward residents preference,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of seward ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Section 5-57 of the Seward City Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5-57. Applications for berths.
Applications for berths in the harbor shall be made to the
city and shall be granted in the order of request; provided, that
preferences shall also be given to the boat most suitable to the
berth to be rented.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective ten (10)
days following enactment.
ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 25 day of October , 1982.
