CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
ORDINANCE NO. 517
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING SECTION 21-10(a) OF THE CITY CODE
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. That Section 21-10(a) of the Code of the City of Seward,
Alaska, is hereby amended by adding subsection 21-10(a)(3) which subsection
shall read as follows:
(3) Notwithstanding the prov~s~ons of subsection (2) of
this section, on a City capital project at Fourth of July Creek
Marine Industrial Center temporary construction camps, for liv-
ing or work purposes, comprised of travel trailers, mobile homes
or other manufactured units may be permitted only during constuc-
tion of the project, only if a letter application for such use
is submitted by the City's contractor to the City construction
inspector, and only upon approval of the application by the City
construction inspector. The application may be disapproved if
the contrac,tor fails to meet the terms and conditions imposed
at the discretion of the City construction inspector.
